What is your shipping policy?

All custom stationary/calligraphy will have a processing time of 2-4 weeks. Any items without custom work will be shipped within 3-5 days.

DOMESTIC

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout by weight of the items.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 60 days of the order date for a refund. Orders with custom printing or calligraphy cannot be refunded.

What are your rental policies?

BOOKING

All rental bookings must be done at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability of the item(s). We will drop off the item(s) 24 hours prior to the event at the location requested. Please note that all rental requests must be local to Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations will be accepted free of charge 7 days before the event. There will be a $50 cancellation fee to rentals cancelled within 7 days of the event. Down payments will not be returned for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
